3. Applicator you have can be used

• JAM,AS40,AS42,AE30,UNION,OS12,RA12,AA13,OR487,OR387,etc Standard JAM type side feed end feed applicator can be used.

4. Possible to process a short length of cable

• Favorable for processing multi core cables such as cabtire cables.

5. Memory function

• 100 data can be memorized.

6. Option

Equipped with a sensor that detects the end of the wire. Strip crimp and strip can be processed without using a foot switch. We provide an attachment for mounting a genuine applicator of each manufacturer.

JAM type made by Union

• OS12 type applicator installation example. The minimum processing length changes depending on the application and terminal. With a strip length of 1.6 mm for IL-S terminals, the shortest is 24 mm.

Optional wire tip detection sensor

• Detection, start after delay (can be changed) → chucking → tip cutting → wire stripping → side movement (crimping position) → sinking → crimping → process of releasing chuck for discharging
